How long does it take to process orders?
We will get orders out as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that custom orders may take a little bit longer. Each custom item has a specific time frame to ship listed in that individual items description.
Do you accept custom orders?
Specific Sudsy’s – N- Stuff items, if customizable, will be noted in the individual items description.
Customization of Sudsy’s bath and body products are as follows:
- Lip balm
- Gift Bags
If interested in placing an order with custom labels, please use the ‘Contact Us’ link and fill out the form with your contact information and information you would like on the label(s). Once we have everything you would like included on the label, Sudsy’s will email you a proof sheet for your review. Custom labels will not go into production until you, the customer, agrees on all details of the label 100%. At that time, Sudsy’s will supply you with a deadline date for any changes/modification. Once deadline date has been reached, absolutely no changes will be allowed. No refunds/exchanges on custom orders.
What’s your return policy on Sudsy’s -N- Stuff items?
- The return policy does not apply to the Sudsy’s bath and body products. Sudsy’s bath products cannot be returned/refunded.
- If an item is customized, it cannot be returned.
- All other items can be returned within 14 days, pending the completion of the Merchandise Return Form.
- All returns MUST include a Sudsys-Merchandise-Return-Form_2020 and invoice in order to expedite the refund process.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the items is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Clearance items are final sale only and do not apply to this return policy.

Sudsy’s bath and body products are tested on human friends, not furry ones.
How does your payment system work?
Normal website and cart preparation uses HTTPS encrypted traffic. Payment transaction will be encrypted with HTTPS traffic as well. We redirect you to a third party payment system for secure transaction.
